The following is a list of sport programs that St. Joseph Regional School has to offer: Cross-Country - (Atlantic-Cape Public School League) Sign-ups and meets are in the Fall. Instructional Soccer - For 1st and 2nd grade students. There are two sessions: One starts in the Fall and one starts in the Spring. Girls/Boys JV Basketball - (Cape-Atlantic Catholic School League) - 5th & 6th grade students are eligible to try-out for the teams. Try-outs are in the Fall. Practices are usually October through December. Games are played December through March. Girls/Boys Varsity Basketball - (Cape-Atlantic Catholic School League & Atlantic-Cape Public School League) - 7th & 8th grade students are eligible to try-out for the teams. Try-outs are in the Fall. Practices are usually October through December. Games are played December through March. Instructional Basketball - For 3rd & 4th grade students. This program begins in March and usually runs for six weeks. Track & Field - (Cape-Atlantic Catholic School League) -For students in 3rd to 8th grade. Begins in the Spring. Girls Softball - (Atlantic-Cape Public School League) - For 6th, 7th, & 8th grade girls. Try-outs are held in October. Season begins in the Spring. Boys Baseball - (Atlantic-Cape Public School League) - For 6th, 7th, & 8th grade boys. Try-outs are held in October.
